Reservation Policy and Agreement
A 50% deposit must accompany this agreement 30 days prior to sail date to guarantee reservation.
•If Charterer cancels less than 15 days prior to the commencement of the charter, the Charterer will be entitled to a refund only if Kai Lani Catamaran is able to arrange an equivalent charter for the same period.
•If the Captain deems it necessary to cancel the charter due to unsafe conditions (i.e., lighting, heavy winds, rough seas, etc.), the Charterer will be entitled to a full refund if an alternate date cannot be arranged.
•In the event of unsafe conditions, the Captain may deem it necessary to cancel the to the "Zero Tolerance" Law, which the U.S. Coast Guard has imposed on all vessels, use of or possession of any illegal drugs (including marijuana) on board the vessel shall result in the immediate termination of the charter with no refund!
•I certify that I have read and fully understand all of the above, and will communicate the same to my guests.
